THROWBACK THURSDAY #1: Each thursday we will be blogging previously un-posted albums which may not be considered to be "fresh off the press", but are still worth adding to your musical archives. Today we bring you Fluxcity. Before teaming up with the Apex Realm crew in early 2011, Okie Dokes already had his foot in hip-hop's door, dropping various projects as the emcee in San Diego native group Flux Co., as well as his own solo endeavors under the alias Flow DiMaggio. During this time, he gained a good deal of local recognition & even performed with the likes of Wu-Tang's Ghostface Killah. Check out his debut solo LP "Fluxcity", which dropped in late 2009, featuring the likes of fellow SoCal lyricist Makeshift & more. Enjoy!
